Lite Brite! A beautiful quilt made from bright batiks with a royal blue background. Here is a funny story behind this quilt, For the longest time this quilt pattern was made but we had no name, within my family and friends we where trying to figure out a name for this beauty. Noel's uncle jokingly replied with Steve!! A lot of chuckles where made but soon Lite Brite came in to play from Noel's mother. She saw the 90's toy "Lite Brite". She said the neon batiks reminded her as those neon pegs used to pin on the board. With my fast easy way to form half square triangles this quilt will be made fast and easy in no time.

Fabric's used in this quilt are from Robert Kaufman's Batiks in Totally Tropical. Background is Kona Cotton in Indigo, now you can only get this color in yardage so buy 2 3/4 yards and cut them into either 42 - 10" squares, or 168 - 5" squares.
Here are some lovely quilting ideas that I think will look great on this quilt!
