  1. Your work is just breathtaking! I wonder if I could sew these rectangles without making a mess. I just love your patterns! You consistently design great quilts and are so generous! Thank you!

  4. I was so excited to find this pattern, I had the perfect layer cake to make it with. I requested and downloaded your pattern from your site and followed it to the letter. But no matter how I try to lay it out I can not get my pattern to be like yours, all of my triangles go the same direction. Is possible that half to the rectangles should have been sew mirror image? This was not mentioned in the pattern.

    1. Hello! Yes half of them should be mirrored, we do apologize for that, the pattern has been fixed.

  7. Gorgeous! I also do not find this pdf in the pages the link goes to — some other lovely quilts, but not this one.
However! Brava and BRAVA!! For including some actual quilting suggestions!! Piecing fabric is fun and all, but it isn’t a quilting and it isn’t a quilt until and unless it’s quilted!
The phrase I hate most in patterns is “quilt as desired.” Pages & pages describing exactly how to cut & re-sew some hundreds of pieces of fabric. And not enough respect for their patterns to include a bit of time on including suggestions for making it into an actual QUILT.
What we’re doing is called quilting, afterall — not piecing. More such patterns could encourage more piecers to be brave & start to become actual quilters! Brava
